Who can access the saved report?
Use the buyer’s account if the buyer wants to return to the report online; use the agent’s account if the agent will manage the documents and included update. The other person receives the PDF because the saved online report cannot be opened from a second account.
How long does the report take?
After uploading finishes, allow up to 5 minutes for a standard readable packet. Large or scan-heavy packets may take longer.
How are uploaded documents handled?
DealShield does not sell personal information, and a person does not routinely read each packet. Original files are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. The finished report and cited pages may be kept for up to 24 months from your last purchase, report, or update. The Privacy Policy has complete details.
